PT Tanggamus Electric Power Donates Educational Assistance to SDN 1 Gunung Doh
PT Tanggamus Electric Power (TEP) is a company engaged in the electricity sector, located in Register 39, Tanggamus Regency.
In this case, PT TEP has donated educational facilities to support the school activities of students living around Block 6, Register 39.
The donation ceremony of educational facilities on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, was part of PT TEP’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.
Directly carried out by the President Director of PT KOMIPO Lee Young Jo, who was accompanied by the President Director of PT TEP Kim Yun Ki, to the Principal of SDN 1 Gunung Doh, represented by Mulitia.
The activity that took place at SDN 1 Gunung Doh, Block 6, Register 39 was also attended by Korea Midland Power (KOMIPO) which is main shareholder of PT Tanggamus Electric Power.
There were also present the Head of Block 6 Cipto Hamlet, community leaders, and a number of invited guests.
In his remarks, KOMIPO President Director Lee Young Jo stated that the educational assistance aims to improve students’ learning experiences.
This assistance not only helps us improve the quality of education but also supports us in achieving our goal of educating the nation’s children.
As PT TEP provides educational facilities for students in this area, in the future TEP plans to hand over operational vehicles to the Tanggamus Regency Government to facilitate the school activities of around students Block 6, Register 39.
Not only that. PT TEP’s concern for the environment around the company is also done by helping to repair damaged roads.
Namely the road section in Block 8, Tanggamus to Banding Agung Village, Suoh District, West Lampung.
Repairs to this 20 kilometer long road section are estimated to be completed in the third week of March 2025.
Furthermore, PT TEP keep continue assisted in the repair of the road section from Block 1 to Suoh District, which connects to Tanggamus Regency several years ago.
The road improvement is aimed at supporting the local economy by enhancing transportation access.
